Driven by curiosity.
Our coffee journey began with a frying pan and a reason to try again. Through a house fire, rebuilding, and a growing family, roasting kept us grounded. The community that showed up for us is the community we’re proud to serve today.
That curiosity became a craft. Marlette is an SCA-certified roaster, trained in Copenhagen under Morten Munchow, with nearly 3,000 roasts under her belt. Sensory science and careful, consistent roasting guide every batch.
